There is a new sign at Harvest Time Church... It says "For Sale!"

But this is nothing new... We sold the property nearly 4 years ago --   The property, Not the Church.  The church will continue until Jesus comes back!

Perhaps you remember why we sold the property?   While we had our school we could take the entire 10 acres off the Tax Roll... However, once we did not have our school we would only be able to take 3 acres off... This was going to result in over $25,000 a year in property taxes!  (More than our offerings.)  .... And if the proposed large buildings were built around us, these taxes would have jumped up!  And jumped up a great deal! So there was no doubt that the Lord had brought this opportunity to us.

The buyer planned to build two 10 story buildings...A great complex with expensive condos (up to a million dollars each).. But due to several delays and the down turn in the economy, he lost the property to a lender in the East.  In the mean time we have rented the church and parking lot back for $1,000 a month.  And probably will continue to rent for a long time to come.

So this sign has not changed anything.... And remember WE DID NOT SELL THE CHURCH... JUST SOME PROPERTY... HARVEST TIME CHURCH CONTINUES TO PREACH JESUS!!!
